At YUCCA Denver, we want you to love your curated pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our Denver studio inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
